		<description>i worked in a burn unit a few years ago and people still look at me like i&#039;m crazy when i talk about the dangers of fireworks and of sparklers, in particular.  i&#039;m so glad to see that i&#039;m not the only person speaking up about this important issue.  i hope you&#039;ll also do a piece (hint, hint) on the dangers of deep fryers (especially when used for deep-frying turkeys) around thanksgiving and christmas.  the burn injuries from these seemingly innocuous holiday practices are often absolutely devastating.  it&#039;s a true tragedy, given that a little knowledge/education can render them preventable.   thank you for sharing this information!</description>
