		<description>Wow that&#039;s a bunch of great tips. I&#039;m fortunate to sleep about 8-9 hours each day, since I don&#039;t have to get up for an office job (I work from home most of the time). However, sometimes my sleeping hours are inconsistent, and that&#039;s probably what I should work on...perhaps having a better daily schedule would help.</description>

		<description>It&#039;s important to note that there are degrees of insomnia and three types (transient, acute, and chronic).  Transient insomnia is the inability to sleep that lasts from days to weeks. Acute insomnia is the inability to consistently sleep well for a period of between three weeks to six months and chronic insomnia lasts for years at a time. Some difficulty initiating or maintaining sleep is normal during times of increased anxiety and stress. I would seek help if your inability to sleep persists.</description>
