		<description>Shinga from &quot;Breath Spa for Kids&quot;, had an interesting article some time ago on nasal irrigation and how it was of great benefit to her clients.  I wrote down this saline recipe from her, that I will share.  If you go back through her archives or contact her, so may be able to direct you to that post (It was some time ago). 16oz. of warm water, 1/4 tsp. of baking soda and 1tsp. salt. A big thank you to Shinga for letting me share it with Walter and his readers!</description>
