		<description>What would be even better is if the insurance companies would use the &quot;evidence based&quot; concepts to pay for &quot;preventive&quot; health measures instead of just the after-the-fact conditions and procedures. In the long run, it would save the public and the insurance companies a lot of dough.</description>
