RateMDs.com is a pretty good site. I don’t think many people use these services though, they just haven’t grown yet, but probably will in the future. I think that word of mouth will still be used for quite some time until people start moving on to these sites.

In our locale, the hospital where our doctors have privileges sends us out a form to fill in on the entire visit. From which Dr. was seen, to questions about the staff, time of visit, length of wait, you name it. I don’t fill out the entire form, if I’ve had to wait for an hr., it’s due to an emergency that has occurred and a need another patient is having. They give no room for excuse of wait. I am always positive with my answers, but I feel for such a heavy scrutiny being done by others that don’t have the understanding I do.
