Highlight HEALTH will be hosting the next edition of Medicine 2.0, edition 10, on Sunday, October 14th. As host, I invite you to send your submissions.

What is Medicine 2.0?

Medicine 2.0 is a bi-weekly blog carnival of the best posts pertaining to web 2.0 and medicine.

Web 2.0, the new generation of web services, is and will continue to play an important role in the future of medicine, changing the way medicine is practiced and healthcare is delivered.

Medicine 2.0 = Web 2.0 + Medicine

Past editions can be found at the Medicine 2.0 website.

Please note that your blog doesn’t have to be about either web 2.0 or medicine as long at the article you submit is relevant.

I’m looking for articles discussing the following topics:

• Web tools pertaining to medicine.
• Expert-based community sites with respect to medicine.
• Medical blogs and wikis.

I strongly encourage submissions from bloggers who have never submitted before. Submitting to Medicine 2.0 is a great way to meet other bloggers, make people aware of your blog and bring blog traffic your way.
